Terms of service

These terms are an agreement between you and JABB (Casablanca, Morocco), which runs ManyMenu. By creating an account or using the service, you accept them. We wrote them to be read: if something is unclear, write to hello@jabb.cx.

01The service

ManyMenu lets restaurants, cafés and other venues turn their menu into a digital menu: reading menu photos with AI, choosing a design, publishing it as a QR code, a link and a TV menu board, and editing it at any time.

02Accounts and access

  • For now, accounts are created with an activation code that we send on request. A code is personal to the person or venue it was sent to.
  • ManyMenu is for businesses and their staff. You must be at least 18 and allowed to act for the venue you add.
  • Keep your password safe and tell us at once if you think someone else uses your account. You are responsible for what is done with it.
  • The information you give us must be accurate.

03Credits

  • AI actions (reading a menu page, redrawing a logo, writing descriptions, translating, generating a photo, editing by prompt) use credits. The cost of each action is shown in the app before you use it.
  • Each account receives a monthly allowance that renews every 30 days. Monthly credits that are not used do not carry over.
  • Bonus credits we grant are kept until used. Credits have no cash value, cannot be sold or transferred, and are not refundable in money.
  • If an AI action fails, its credits are given back automatically.
  • We may change allowances and costs; we will announce it in the app beforehand.

04Your content

Your menus, photos, logos and texts remain yours. You give JABB a worldwide, non-exclusive, free licence to host, copy, process (including with AI providers), adapt and display them, only to run and improve ManyMenu for you and to show your published menus to your guests. The licence ends when you delete the content, except for copies kept for a short time in backups.

You are responsible for your content: that prices, allergens and descriptions are correct, and that you have the right to use the photos, logos and names you add. A published menu is public: anyone with its link or QR code can see it.

05AI features

AI reading, writing, translation and images save time but can be wrong. Always check names, prices and allergen information before publishing. Generated dish photos are illustrations and may not look exactly like the dish you serve; tell your guests when that matters.

06Acceptable use

Do not use ManyMenu to publish illegal, misleading or offensive content, to infringe other people's rights, to send spam, to try to break or overload the service, to get around credits or limits, or to copy or resell the service. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

07Plans and prices

During the invite-only period, accounts are free within their credits. Paid plans, when offered, are described on our pricing page; the price shown when you subscribe applies, and we will announce any change in advance. Prices may be shown in several currencies; taxes are added where required.

08Availability and changes

We work to keep ManyMenu available and your published menus online, but we cannot promise it will never be interrupted (maintenance, providers, network). We may improve, change or remove features; if a change takes away something important for you, we will tell you in advance when we can.

09Ending the service

You can stop using ManyMenu at any time and ask us to delete your account at hello@jabb.cx; your menus then go offline. We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms, after warning you when the situation allows it. Demo menus created without an account are deleted after 7 days.

10Responsibility

ManyMenu is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, JABB is not liable for indirect losses (such as lost profit or lost data) or for errors in content you published, and our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under laws that cannot be set aside.

11Law and disputes

These terms are governed by Moroccan law. Let's try to solve any problem together first by writing to hello@jabb.cx. Otherwise, the courts of Casablanca have jurisdiction, without prejudice to the protective rules of your country if you are a consumer.

12Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version; for important changes we will notify you in the app or by email before they apply.
